Please take a moment to read our terms and conditions carefully. These guidelines are designed to maintain a professional, transparent and positive learning environment for every FashCrew student.
By enrolling in a course or service offered by FashCrew Consultancy, the student acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to the following terms and conditions. These terms are intended to clearly explain student responsibilities, course policies and the scope of support provided by FashCrew Consultancy.
Student Eligibility
The student is solely responsible for ensuring
that they meet the eligibility criteria required
for becoming a cabin crew member, including
age, height, weight, medical fitness,
eyesight, tattoos, scars or any other
requirements specified by individual airlines.
FashCrew Consultancy will not
be held liable if a student is disqualified by
any airline due to personal reasons, failure to
meet eligibility requirements, or information
that was not disclosed by the student.
Job Placement & Assistance
FashCrew Consultancy does not guarantee
job placement or selection by any airline.
We provide guidance, mentoring and placement
assistance by preparing students for interview
and selection processes.
This may include interview tips, mock interviews,
preparation guidance and follow-up support
through calls or text communication.
Course Fees & Payment
The full course fee must be cleared within
ten (10) days from the commencement
of the course.
Students with incomplete or pending fees will
not be permitted to attend classes until all
outstanding dues have been cleared.
Once a payment has been made,
no refund, adjustment or carry-forward
will be permitted.
Course fees are also
non-transferable.
Attendance & Missed Classes
Regular attendance is mandatory. Missed classes
will not normally be repeated, adjusted or
transferred to another batch.
Medical emergencies may be considered only when
the student submits appropriate medical
documentation and provides regular updates.
Students must complete their classes within
2–3 months from the date of admission.
Failure to provide required documents or attend
missed classes within the first two months may
result in the loss of any adjustment or
rescheduling facility.
Additional Services
Any additional services opted for after completing
the 1-Month Offline Cabin Crew Preparation
Course or the
7-Week Online Cabin Crew Course
will be chargeable separately.
Existing students will receive a
10% discount compared with the
applicable charges for new students for such
additional services.
Certificate of Completion
A Certificate of Completion will
be awarded only to students who regularly attend
classes, complete the entire course and
participate in the required
Group Discussions (GD) and Mock
Interviews.
If a student misses a scheduled GD or mock
interview, no compensation or replacement will
be provided.
To reattempt a missed session, the student must
pay an additional fee of
Rs. 2,500 per session.
Any additional mock interviews beyond the
complimentary sessions will also be chargeable.
Professional Conduct & Discipline
Students are expected to maintain
professional behaviour, punctuality and
discipline throughout the training.
Misconduct, disrespectful behaviour towards
trainers, inappropriate conduct or deliberate
disturbance of classes may result in the
student's suspension or removal from the course.
In such circumstances,
no refund will be provided.
Study Material & Intellectual Property
Study materials, notes, recordings and
presentations provided by FashCrew are intended
for personal learning purposes only.
Students must not copy, share, reproduce,
distribute, publish or commercially use these
materials without prior permission.
Photography or recording of classes without
permission is prohibited.
FashCrew Consultancy reserves the right
to use classroom photographs, testimonials and
student feedback for promotional and marketing
purposes.
Health & Fitness Responsibility
Students are responsible for managing their own
health, fitness and physical well-being before,
during and after the training.
Students should disclose any relevant concerns
where appropriate and seek professional medical
advice whenever necessary.
FashCrew Consultancy will not be held
liable for medical issues or health-related
complications arising before, during or after
participation in the course.
Final Authority & Jurisdiction
The decision of
FashCrew Consultancy on matters
relating to the administration and conduct of
the training program shall be final and binding,
subject to applicable law.
Any disputes arising in connection with the
services or these terms shall be subject to the
jurisdiction of the courts in
New Delhi, India.
Important Student Acknowledgement
By proceeding with enrollment, the student confirms that they have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to comply with the course policies, payment requirements, attendance rules, professional conduct expectations and other guidelines stated above.
